Gift Wrap: Our All Occasion signature gift wrap features our favorite shoes, flip-flops, printed on glossy paper in bright colors and patterns including blue, green, orange and pink. We add a festive touch with 3/8" curling ribbon in green and/or pink. All gift wrapped items include a handwritten gift card. Or, if you wish, we will attach a blank gift card and you can add your own gift message. Just let us know in the 'special instructions' box during checkout, after you make your gift wrap selection.
Gift wrapping is $4.95 per item (we are happy to wrap 2-3 smaller items together). Some larger or unusually shaped items can't be gift wrapped - look for a note at the end of the product description. For these items you can include a gift receipt (without prices) and your personalized gift message.
No pricing information will be included with your gift wrapped order.

Returns:
Don't like it? Not what you expected? No problem, just send
it back! FlipFlopStyle.com will exchange or refund most items within 30 days of purchase.
Simply e-mail
our Customer Care Department to obtain a return authorization
number. When you e-mail
your return authorization request please be sure to include
your name, telephone number, order number, items you are
returning, and reason for return. Our Customer Care Department
will email you a return authorization number within 48 business hours.
This return authorization number must be noted on both the outside of your return package and the packing
slip included with your order. This packing slip, with return
authorization number noted, must be included with your return
or exchange in order to receive either a refund or exchange.
For a mailing label, use the handy self-adhesive label provided
with your original paperwork, or simply address the package

Your return authorization number must be noted on the outside of the return package. Packages without a return authorization number will be refused.
Non-returnable items include sale items sold at a 50% (or higher) discount, personalized products, footwear that has been worn, socks, and seasonal merchandise. Damaged or defective items, including personalized products and seasonal merchandise will be replaced. Damaged and/or defective merchandise should be reported to our Customer Care department as soon as possible.
If the item you would like to return was a gift we will exchange it or issue a shop credit for future use. If for some reason your shipment is defective or damaged, we will send replacement products (if available) right away. If replacement products are not available we will issue a refund or shop credit, as noted above.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If you received free shipping with your order ($99 or over) FlipFlopStyle.com will deduct our standard shipping charge ($8.95) from your return total. Oversized items that are returned will have actual shipping charges deducted from refunds.

Refused Shipments: Customers who refuse to accept delivery of confirmed and shipped orders are liable for a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Non-returnable items in a refused order will not be accepted upon return to FlipFlopStyle.com. These orders will be sent back to the customer unopened.

Shipping Information: At FlipFlopStyle.com, our
goal is to bring you quality products at a
reasonable price. In order to do this, we charge a nominal
shipping fee. (Reminder: unless the package is shipped to
an address within the state of Texas, you pay no sales tax.)
Our current shipping policy: Our goal is to ship your order
within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday (holidays
excluded). Our flat rate ground shipping fee is $8.95 for orders under $99. Orders $99.00 and over receive FREE Ground shipping. (Exceptions: shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, APO/FPO addresses and express delivery.) We ship via either UPS or USPS.
Next Day Air Shipments: FlipFlopStyle.com ships orders within 24 hours of receipt. This means if you place your order on Monday, it will leave our warehouse no later than Tuesday and arrive at its destination no later than Wednesday afternoon (delivery time is not guaranteed). If an order is placed early in the day, FlipFlopStyle.com will make every attempt to ship that order the same business day. We do not guarantee same day shipment. Next Day Air shipments are delivered Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). If you would like Next Day Air Saturday delivery, please call our Customer Care Department at 1-512-419-7223 for a quote on this option.
Express Shipment Notice: Due to rising fuel prices, UPS has dramatically raised pricing for express shipments. UPS has also updated guidelines regarding package sizes that qualify (without a surcharge) for Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Ground deliveries. If you select one of these delivery options during checkout we will make every effort to ship your order via your preferred method. If your order does not qualify for express delivery, we will ship your order via Standard Ground delivery and adjust your order total accordingly. You will be notified via email if your order does not qualify for express shipping.
Next Day Air Shipments: Please be sure you provide us with a valid telephone number at your checkout. This should be a phone number you can be reached at during business hours. In order to protect our customers we verify all Next Day Air orders by telephone.
At this time, we are shipping to physical addresses within
the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and APO/FPO addresses, only. Note: Due to many customer requests we recently started shipping our products to Canada. FlipFlopStyle.com is not responsible for any duty and/or additional fees that may be incurred for these shipments. FlipFlopStyle.com ships orders to Canada via best available carrier for each order. We cannot be held responsible for transit times, duties and/or fees incurred.
